All about placing Livble within your platform

Before you start, you can see some UI examples here

πŸŽ› Widget Location

The Livble widget should be placed in the payment area, next to your "Pay now" native functionality.

Another interesting placement is the payment method area.

Note: Once a user has an active outstanding balance with Livble we recommend placing the widget in the "Home" area (i.e: the first page they see when logging in). This way, the tenant will have all the possible help to keep their payments on-track. You can access this info with the Retrieve tenant endpoint by looking at the owes field.

πŸš€ Opening the Livble Experience

An additional way of offering Livble is by opening the Livble Experience without the help of the widget. However, please remember placing the widget is the most effective way to increase penetration.

An example of popping the Livble experience could be a native button "Split your rent into installments" somewhere in the payment flow.

πŸ“± Mobile

As a reminder, the Livble widget is fully responsive and should also be placed in the mobile web and mobile app of your platform.

Note: Mobile layouts are normally scrollable. It is important to take this into account to make sure Livble is seen at some point in the payment flow even if the user does not scroll to the bottom of the page.

βš“ Conditional placement

In some cases it could make sense to hide the widget. An example of this could be to hide the widget if a user has been declined. However, please keep in mind that tenants will be able to reapply 90 days after. You can access the tenant status with the Retrieve tenant endpoint by looking at the status field.
