Referral program for partners who don't process rent
This is only relevant for partners which are not integrating the Livble payment flow
What is the referral program?
The Livble referral program allows our partners to refer and embed the Livble flexible rent product and get paid for each active customer per month.
Partners who process rent on their own should integrate Livble with the API and the PMS package as opposed to using the referral program. That will result in a more embedded and deep integration.
What kind of partners are we looking for the referral program?
Any platform that has renters as part of their customers
How long will it take to implement the referral program?
1 day at most!
How does a tenant experience the referral program when splitting rent?
A tenant will have an entry point from your own platform. This can be either your own CTA or one of the Livble provided static assets which are optimized for conversion. Once clicked, the Livble flow will start a nd the tenant will have to create a Livble account by choosing the tenant portal they use to pay rent. Once onboarded they will be able to split rent into 2/3/4 installments.
How should you integrate the referral program into your platform?
We want to have the best experience possible when integrating Livble into your platform. This will normally be around any payment area or homepage within the platform. This is where you will add the entry point which can be either your own native CTA or a Livble provided asset (as show in the above example)
Once that is clicked, a webview or iframe lives/appears within your platform with the Livble referral URL displayed.
If a webview or Iframe is not a possibility, you can also open a new browser or tab with the Livble referral URL.
How will the renter's balance be paid? Do we have to take care of any of that?
In the referral program all you need to do is to add the CTA and place the webview or iframe. We will take care of paying the landlord through the existing tenant portal of the user. Payments and ledger reconciliation will all automatically be done by the tenant portal exactly as if the tenant would have paid on their own.
So the short answer is: No, you don't take care of anything related to funds or reconciliation. It's all done by Livble and the tenant portal/PMS ecosystem of the user
