In addition to flexible rent payments, Livble can also support flexible Homeowners Association (HOA) payments.

This option is designed for tenant or resident portals that already process HOA charges (monthly dues, special assessments, etc.) and want to offer those payments through Livble’s experience.

In this guide, we’ll walk through the integration changes required to support flexible HOA payments with Livble.

This guide is for portals that handle HOA payments and want to enabled flexible HOA payments for their users.

If your portal either:

• Doesn't support HOA payments.
• Or you are only interested in the flexible rent

Then this section can be safely skipped ⏩.

📆 Supported Billing Frequency

Livble supports flexible HOA payments only for users whose HOA fees are billed on a monthly basis.
Quarterly or annually billed HOA fees are not supported.

This is because HOA payments follow the same monthly eligibility model used for flexible rent.
