The "Rent Window" is a specific period each month during which tenants can initiate the rent payments splitting action. Here's how it works:

Rent Window Period

• Start Date: The rent window opens on the 22th of each month. This allows tenants to prepare for their upcoming rent payment in advance.
• End Date: The window closes on the 10th of the following month. This gives tenants a grace period into the new month to decide if they wish to split their rent payment.

Example:

• If the current month is March, the rent window for splitting April's rent payment opens on March 22th and closes on April 10th.

Flexibility to Apply Anytime

While the rent splitting action is specifically bound to the rent window period, tenants have the flexibility to apply for the rent splitting service at any point during the month. This means they can plan ahead and decide whether rent splitting will be necessary for their next payment outside the constraints of the rent window period.
